Greetings! I am an instructional designer (ID), who builds solutions that drive learner outcomes, and thus impact whole organizations. Through my extensive experience in education, I mastered designing accessible learning, (i.e. visual engagement, auditory engagement, chunking of information,) for diverse adult learners as show in the ILC Insurance Active Shooter Training module. In a similar way, my time in education and social work enhanced my communication and collaboration skills with SMEs and stakeholders, to iterate innovative solutions. For example, iteration and implementation of the G2GF Member Retention module, G2GF (fitness company) retained 50% of clients lost to injury, via proper visual modeling (video) of instructing and correcting exercises.

Specializing in the design and development of customized eLearning solutions, I utilize Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, and Canva to deliver:

• Interactive eLearning Modules: Engaging, scenario based modules tailored to specific training needs, enhancing learner interaction and retention of information. For example, implementation of the G2GF Member Retention module improved client retention by 50%.

• Custom Course Design: Visually appealing and andragogically sound courses, via the ILC Insurance Active Shooter Training module, improving performance of employee safety [prevention measures] by 60%, through effective blended learning strategies.

• Graphic Design for Training Materials: Custom graphics and infographics to simplify complex information, boosting user awareness by 80%.

• Consultation and Strategy: Strategic planning to optimize training processes, such as streamlining the onboarding experience for coaches at the G2GF fitness center.

I recently completed the Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA) wherein I created two fictional businesses, collaborated with SMEs, and built two learning modules (with accompanying design documents, storyboard, and job aids).
